Third Time Lucky for Sean and Paddy.
Sean and Paddy’s Micro Wedding
It was a case of third-time lucky for Sean and Paddy who got married in the Boston Room at Runcorn Town Hall in Cheshire at the beginning of December.. After having to postpone the wedding twice they were determined that the wedding ceremony was going to take place. Numbers were limited to fifteen people on the day due to the restrictions that were in place.
With close family in attendance, it was a lovely ceremony conducted overlooking the gardens of the Town Hall. Sean and Paddy looked very smart in the matching white suits and the idea was to take some wedding photographs in the Chinese Gardens at the Town Hall. Unfortunately, the weather decided it was not playing ball and along with the rain we had strong winds to contend with.
We were determined to get some group photographs which we managed to get at the front of the gardens. I have agreed with the two grooms to go back in the New Year and get some images of just the two of them when hopefully the weather will be better.
It was great to photograph my second same-sex wedding in just over twelve months and I look forward to photographing many more LGBT weddings in the future.
